BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Arrivals are scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays from 17h00 to 21h00.
• Departures before 10h00.
• 25 % deposit upon booking. (without deposit no booking validated).
• Mandatory cleaning fee of €40.00 for a studio, €60.00 for a T2, €80.00 for a T3.
• Optional : rent of linen : 11.00 € the pair of sheets and towels 8.00 €.
• Tourist tax 1 € per day and per person.
• Cot and high chair free.
• Small pets accepted (25.00 €)
• Deposit of 350.00 € refunded the day of your departure.
