40 villas all with private terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, air conditioning, television flat screen, acces free wifi.

Booking Conditions

• Stays are from Saturdays from 5pm to Saturdays 10am. Booking from sunday to sunday on demand.
• Departures before 10am.
• Checkin between 5pm to 8pm, please call in case of delay.
• 25 % deposit upon booking. (without deposit no booking validated).
• Balance will be paid on arrival.
• The receptionist can not ensure the proximity of the mini villas in case of group bookings.
• Mandatory cleaning fee of €40.00 for a studio, €60.00 for a T2, €80.00 for a T3.
• Optional : rent of linen : 11.00 € the pair of sheets and towels 8.00 €.
• Tourist tax 1 € per day and per person.
• Cot and high chair free.
• Deposit of 350.00 € refunded the day of your departure.

Animals

Pets are allowed under certain conditions, tell us when booking.

A 25€ extra will be charged.
