40 villas all with private terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, air conditioning, television flat screen, acces free wifi.

Stays are from Saturdays from 5pm to Saturdays 10am. Booking from sunday to sunday on demand.
Departures before 10am.
Checkin between 5pm to 8pm, please call in case of delay.
25 % deposit upon booking. (without deposit no booking validated).
Balance will be paid on arrival.
The receptionist can not ensure the proximity of the mini villas in case of group bookings.
Mandatory cleaning fee of €40.00 for a studio, €60.00 for a T2, €80.00 for a T3.
Optional : rent of linen : 11.00 € the pair of sheets and towels 8.00 €.
Tourist tax 1 € per day and per person.
Cot and high chair free.
Deposit of 350.00 € refunded the day of your departure.

Pets are allowed under certain conditions, tell us when booking.

A 25€ extra will be charged.

Studios are for 2 people (27 m2) Type A 100 : kitchenette, 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, WC.

Studios for 3 people (32 m2) Type A 400 : kitchenette, 3 single beds, 1 bathroom, WC.

The villa 4 people (42 m2) Type B : kitchenette, living room, 1 bedroom, 2 single beds in the living room.

The villa 6 people (54 m2) Type C : kitchenette, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 single beds in the living room.
